I have been working as a professional fashion designer for a year now....wow time flies! Over the past year I have been posting pictures of my daily outfit's to help show young professional's my age how to style and keep work outfit's interesting and fun. I recently decided I wanted to change things up a little bit...show a more rounded me. I am gluten free, I work out 3 to 5 times a week and I still love clothing and fashion. Sleepover Photoshoot

We are never to old to have a sleepover with our girlfriends! Meet Enza and Dimi---Casey you already know :-) Some great ideas for looking casual, yet styled, at work!

On The Set!

I absolutely LOVE Casey's outfit today---glitter skirt, white tee, black blazer, a POP of neon with her skinny belt and super cute oxfords that can be worn with everything! She really represents her position as an assistant stylist in this outfit…again, my friends are TOO cool! So proud :-)

CASEY is BACK!

Hi my lovely and dedicated followers---as you know I travelled home yesterday and haven't really had access to the computer as I expected! Not to mention my parents wireless internet is no better than dial up from 1998! Anyways…I am SO excited that my beautiful and amazingly stylish friend Casey is BACK! Check out her styling, she has great ideas of how to mix and match!

Just got this great knit skirt from Urban Outfitters! Here are two ways I have worn it already. I would wear it everyday if I could ;) The stripe top is also from Urban... what can I say they were having a great sale haha. The blazer and tank dress are stuff I dug out of my closet. The necklace I got from the FIT flea market. Happy Holidays everyone!!!!

Intarsia Sweater Skirt

It's freezing today, so I hope I don't freeze in my mustard colored tights, mutli color intarsia knit tube skirt, denim button-up, brown knee high socks and my riding boots! Only one day of work for me today before I go home for a WHOLE week…for the rest of the week I will be having guest bloggers take over :-) All girls I went to college with and who are working in the industry, see what they are wearing in the days to come!

My precious little pattern-maker Zoila made this vest for me…. and I LOVE IT! I have on all black layers underneath with my biker boots and a simple necklace. She will be so happy when she see's me wearing it, can't wait to see her little smiling face!

Dress I Made!

I made this dress in college and haven't worn it in a while, so I though"what the heck?" I have on brown tights and off-white knee highs with my riding boots. Braided my hair back and I'm ready to go! Woo!

Caramel Tights

My favorite tights ever are from JcPenney's---this weekend they had a sale for buy one pair get the other for $1!!! They really thick and rarely snag on anything! (the brand is Worthington) Anyways, I have on a gray pencil dress and a faux fur vest with my black wooden heel studded booties! I got so many compliments on my hair yesterday (THANKS CO-WORKERS) I decided I should start straightening it more often! :) Have a Terrific Tuesday!

Minimalist

Sometime it is hard for me not to dress simply…I always want to accessorize and be colorful. BUT, today I am wearing a very simple outfit: black velvet leggings, gray tee under a black sweater tank and my biker boots…and I straightened my hair for the first time since I cannot remember! Bring-it-on Monday!!!

Faux Fur Vest

I have had this vest for seriously…like 8 years, vintage! HA! Anyways, I decided to stop trying to use it as a costume on halloween and actually wear it because it's so darn cute and comfy! I am also wearing my new leggings with pleather trim (Obviously I'm obsessed with these!), layered some tee's and my knee high boots! TGIF, it's been a long a stressful week…which means it will be a nice relaxing weekend!

So snuggly…I might curl up under my desk and take a nap at lunch!

Layers

I have on my old H&M dress with brown leggings and layered on top is a gray boyfriend cardigan, with my brown boots. Threw my hair in a bun, added a necklace and my glasses---WORK TIME! I am ready for today, I fell asleep after work yesterday and didn't wake up until this morning, who knew 12 hours of sleep is so refreshing?! You should try too! Have a TERRIFIC Tuesday, my friends!

Highlighter Neon Striped Sweater

TGIF! I am ready to be snuggling in bed with a cup of hot cocoa and watching Christmas movies (i.e. The Grinch, Elf, The Christmas Story) on my new TV! (See below!) :-) …burrrrr! Hey guys, this is my friends Casey---we went to college together, I thought it would be intersting to show what my classmates are wearing to their awesome first jobs! :-)

My name is Casey. Currently I work as a stylist assistant. When I work I need clothes that are comfy and easier to move around in. Half the time I am on the floor doing returns or running around the city for the perfect pair of socks. It's not the glamourous job the Rachel Zoe Project makes it out to be but for some reason I still love it. This outfit is great for work and I this is my favorite necklace right now... LOVE! Zebra and Pleather

Why not wear a zebra tee and pleather detailed leggings? I threw on a long gray sweater some leg warmers, grey suede wedge booties and a bunch of necklaces…comfy, yet professional!

Long "Wing" Sleeves

Today I have on my black jeggings, fitted "wing" sleeve tunic with a vest over, my black studded booties, a few bangle bracelets, a jeweled pendant necklace and my hair tied up in a bun! Phewww….that was alot! But isn't this tunic interesting?! Love it!

The Dress that Saves the Day!

Back to work…hope I can stay awake, his calls for another coffee!!! :) Today I have on an outfit that always saves the day…this was once a long skirt, I just pulled up over my chest and added a belt and cinched it with a belt! Almost every time I am unsure what to wear I resort back to this dress! I have on gray tights, my sparkly headband and lace-less Bass loafers! Hope everyone has a great day back to work and a wonderful week! Only about 4 weeks until the holidays!!!

Leopard Tights!

Bought these tights over the weekend---they are sweater knit weight, so comfy! I have on my black sweater dress (which you will probably see plenty of times during the fall because it is my fave!), brown suede booties and my knit beret. Last day of work before my 4 day weekend :-) WOO-HOO! What better way to celebrate than with my co-workers after work!
