This is a great article that puts things into perspective to those of you who are confused about what it means to be gluten free. I think people are making the gluten free lifestyle into some sort of "diet"...which for those of us who are actually intolerant can be pretty annoying. Just because you are eating gluten free cookies and bread doesn't mean you're going to lose weight and be "healthier." Really, read this article.

ReplyDeleteTRUE!!!! it's always healthier for one reason or another, gluten is an anti-nutrient and even if you are "tolerant", you are better off replacing it with a veggie with real nutrients.pffft
